Q: Do I have to pay online?
No, You can still make reservations and pay in person the old fashioned way- Just call the reservation number (475-221-5252) and speak with the staff member- they will reserve your spot. Then pay cash at the end of the trip! This will save you the extra $1 booking fee per ticket.
Q: Why do I have to pay extra to book online?
The company that we use to do all of our online booking (Fareharbor) charges a 6% booking fee to offset their costs. It is an advantage for many people to make sure that their spot is reserved and paid for ahead of time. Then the only money they would need onboard would be for a tip for our fantastic captains! You can still book in person, or over the phone - or even attempt to "walk-on," but space can be limited.
Q: Do you go out in all conditions?
A: No, we are definitely "fair weather sailors!" The safety and comfort of the passengers is of the utmost importance. We pride ourselves on being conservative mariners. Please check the "latest info" tab for updates regarding weather and tours.
Q: Where should I park?
A: Park anywhere there is a legal space. Be careful as there is a full-time community officer that will ticket you if park illegally! Check out the parking lot behind the church on the weekends. It is $5 and the profit goes directly to the church.
Q: Where do I buy tickets for the cruise?
A: You can reserve and pay ahead of time through our online booking system- (there is a fee) or you can call or text the office for a reservation. You don't need actual tickets, those that only reserve will need to pay the captain at the end of the cruise. Please remember, we accept Venmo, cash or check only.
Q: Do you sell food or drink on board?
A: No, there are no services on board. We suggest you bring your own drinks for refreshment.
Q: Do you charge for small children?
A: We do not charge for children under 2.
Q: Do I need to wear a life jacket on board?
